Delete Your Pumply Account
By following this process, your Pumply account and all associated data will be permanently deleted, and our team will be unable to recover it. To delete your Pumply account, you’ll need access to the email address linked to your profile and your password. If you need to reset your password, request a reset link here. If you need to cancel your subscription, see here. Note that canceling your subscription does not delete your account.
- From the Pumply Website:
- Log in to the Pumply account you wish to delete at pumply.app.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the page and select Settings, then navigate to the Account tab on the left menu.
- Choose the option to Get Started under “Download or Delete Your Account.”
- From the Pumply Mobile App:
- Open the Settings menu by tapping the gear icon in the top right of the Home tab.
- Scroll down and select Help > Delete Your Account (available on both iOS and Android).
- You will be prompted to log in to confirm your identity.
Please check your spam folder or search for emails from Pumply (no-reply@pumply.app) if you don’t receive the confirmation. If you accidentally created multiple Pumply accounts, delete the one you no longer need, keeping the other active. For assistance merging or transferring data before deletion, contact support here.
Workouts and Progress: Private workout data and progress will be removed with your account, but Pumply retains a perpetual license on any public data shared (e.g., community challenges). Public progress or shared workouts will remain on the platform, including their current titles, even after deletion.
We recommend avoiding personally identifiable information in your shared titles.
Your original workout data will no longer be linked to public entries, and your activities won’t appear in leaderboards.
