1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Pumply, a mobile application (“App”) designed to help you log and track your workouts. By accessing or using the App, including its subscription services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Pumply reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via the App or email.
2. Subscription Services
- Description: Pumply offers auto-renewing subscription plans (e.g., Monthly, Three Months, Annual) to unlock premium features, including unlimited workout logging, AI-powered insights, personalized plans, and ad-free experience.
- Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed in the App (e.g., $4.99/month, $12.99/3 months, $49.99/year) and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, with notice provided before renewal.
- Billing: Payments are processed via your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Free Trials: Certain plans may include a free trial period (e.g., 1 week). Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Pumply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or fitness-related injuries, to the extent permitted by law.
